Healthy Quinoa Bowl

Today, it’s time to show you some of my favorite recipes right now – the Quinoa Bowl. I know, I didn’t published a recipe for such a long time, but it will change soon. I prepared a few new dishes for you and will show them to you in the next couple of weeks. Let’s start with one of my favorite healthy bowls. When you watch my Instagram stories you will know that I can’t live without them. Smoothie bowls in the morning and healthy salad bowls for lunch. That’s why I’d like to show you a healthy salad bowl idea. For my favorite bowl right now, you need:

  • some beet roots
  • feta cheese
  • baby potatoes
  • quinoa
  • avocado
  • fresh salad
  • walnuts
  • cucumber
  • olive oil and white balsamic
  • chili, pepper & salt
  • and some sour creme if you like 😉

Just prepare every ingredient step by step. At first I boiled the quinoa for 10 minutes. In the meantime I cut the baby potatoes, mixed them with some olive oil, salt and chili and but them into the hot oven for 15 min. Prepare the avocado into some slices and the cucumber as well. Mix the beet root with the feta cheese, walnuts and some olive oil, white balsamic and pepper. The potatoes and quinoa should be ready to serve right now. So choose a big bowl to put all ingredients together. I love to decorate my lunch bowl for the eyes as you see on my pics. Try it and let me know if you like it. 🙂

  • Rote Beete
  • Salat Blätter
  • Schafskäse
  • Baby Kartoffeln
  • Walnüsse
  • Quinoa
  • Gurke
